Official Rules
The European Spa Frequent Shopper Cards & Eye Shadow Club Cards are provided for purchases made in all European Spa retail store locations. You will earn stamps for merchandise purchases (excluding tax & shipping). When you cards are fully stamped, you may redeem them for the corresponding rewards listed below.
European Spa Eye Shadow Club
1 Eye Shadow Club participants will receive one stamp for every eye shadow purchased.
2 Each completed Eye Shadow Club Card enables the client named on the card to receive one in-stock eye shadow of their choice at no cost.
European Spa Frequent Shopper Card
3 Frequent Shopper Card participants will receive one stamp for every $15 merchandise purchase or gift card / gift certificate purchase. (For example: $15-$29.99 purchase = 1 stamp; $30-$44.99 purchase = 2 stamps)
4 Each completed Frequent Shopper Card enables the client named on the card to receive a 20% discount on one item in-stock during their next visit.
5 Gift Card / Gift Certificates qualify for Frequent Shopper Card stamps at the time of purchase, but not at the time of redemption. The value of Gift Card / Gift Certificates being redeemed will be subtracted from the total of the purchase when calculating the number of stamps received.
General Rules that apply to all Programs
1 Completed cards cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards / gift certificates.
2 If you choose to return your purchase, we will remove the appropriate number of stamps and issue you a new card.
3 If you are redeeming multiple partial cards and there are remaining stamps, we will add them to a new card along with any additional stamps earned with that purchase. The newly stamped card will be included with your purchase.
4 Cards remain the property of the European Spa
5 Cards are non-transferable and will be voided if forged, altered or mechanically reproduced.
6 Cards may be redeemed only by the client named on the card. The European Spa reserves the right to require positive identification as a condition for redemption and qualification of the punches by identification of the purchase history if deemed appropriate.
7 Cards have no expiration date as long as the program exists.
8 European Spa will retain all redeemed cards
9 European Spa employees are not eligible to participate in these programs.
10 European Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
11 European Spa reserves the right to revise these rules if necessary or to cancel these programs by notice appropriately displayed at participating stores and online at europeanspa.biz.
12 Stamps are earned for new purchase only and previously purchased product will not qualify.
